Black Ankle Boots

I used to love wearing heels until plantar fasciitis made it difficult for me to enjoy them.  Admittedly the Clarks Dara II were worth more than I planned to spend on ankle boots but comfortable shoes don’t exactly come cheap either and I don’t mind it too much if you get what you’re looking for. I recommend ordering a width up from your normal if you like wearing heavier socks. I had to exchange mine for an XW’s which provided sufficient accommodation for my thick socks. Other than that I found the heel height suitable for work being that I’m on my feet for most of the part and the look isn’t to shabby either.

I’ve worn mine with both dress, casual, and denim pants with the ends tucked out for boot cut type bottoms and tucked in for pants that would allow. They silver buckle accent is a nice touch to an ensemble of short skirt and black tights that I wore for a girl’s night out. Even with foot problems, you can still enjoy dressing up an outfit with great looking shoes. You just have to know where to look for ones that address your footwear needs.
